Tasting

APPEARANCE. Crystal-clear with a subtle greenish sheen and medium viscosity hinting at a creamy body.

NOSE. Fresh green olive up front — Manzanilla and Gordal — with herbal notes, raw almond, and a mineral salinity. Hints of cut grass and olive leaf.

PALATE. Round and lush, with the nutty-herbal olive character at the fore. Soft, well-integrated bitterness, clean salinity, and a long, dry, vegetal finish. Built for the Martini.

Process

750 mL · 36% ABV · Case of 6. French wheat base, vacuum-distilled to preserve aromatic freshness, infused with Spanish Manzanilla and Gordal olives and their oils. No sweeteners, no artificial flavors — just the green, herbal, nourishing profile of olive captured in distilled form.
