Autumnal stone fruits distilled from kernel to skin. Marzipan and bitter-almond kernel notes interweave with the dry floral fragrance of marigold petals over a backbone of ripe cherry and peach.

Tasting

APPEARANCE. Bright and clean, with a faint golden flicker.

NOSE. Marzipan and bitter almond at the fore, with peach skin, cherry, and a dry floral perfume of marigold petals. Hints of black tea and toasted kernel.

PALATE. Silky and aromatic. Marzipan and kernel build the body, balanced by stone-fruit acidity and a floral minerality. Medium-long, dry finish with almond warmth and a lingering floral echo.

Process

750 mL · 32% ABV · Case of 6. The refinement and successor to "The Plum, I Suppose": stone fruits (peach, cherry, plum) explored kernel to skin, with marigold petals for a clearer, more accessible profile. Vacuum-distilled over a French wheat base, no sweeteners.
