Tasting

APPEARANCE. A rich amber hue from the Assam tea infusion.

NOSE. Rich apple and pear aromas, underscored by cocoa and a touch of spice.

PALATE. Malty and full-bodied with a smooth, slightly sweet finish — versatile for both sipping and cocktails.

Process

750 mL · 40% ABV · Case of 12. Built on Isolation Proof's core botanicals (juniper, coriander, cassia bark, orange peel). Gains depth from macerated wild apples and dried pears, steeped post-distillation for 40 hours. Assam tea from Royal Tea NY is added briefly to introduce warmth and a rich amber hue without excessive tannins.
