A distinctly American twist on classic Italian amaro. Inspired by southern coffee traditions with notes of roasted chicory, coffee, dried orange, and cacao. Rested in rye whiskey barrels.

Process

750 mL · 32% ABV · Case of 6. Process: (1) Single-batch maceration — all botanicals steep for 15 days in high-proof spirit for robust flavor extraction. (2) Aging in rye whiskey barrels — the amaro rests three months, allowing flavors to mellow and gain natural filtration, with added whiskey warmth on the nose and palate. Botanicals: coffee, roasted chicory root, cardamom, dried orange, cacao nib, gentian, cinchona bark, NY honey.
