Tasting

APPEARANCE. Crystal clear with a natural sheen.

NOSE. White flowers, jasmine, cardamom.

PALATE. Black walnut, fresh fennel, subtle tropical fruit. Silky and complex mouthfeel — ideal for cocktails.

Process

750 mL · 47% ABV · Case of 12. Distilled from 100% whey neutral spirits using a hybrid pot/column still of stainless steel and copper. Botanicals steep in spring water, enhancing depth. After distillation it matures in stainless steel for 5–6 weeks, allowing flavors to harmonize for a smooth, rounded texture.
