Small-batch distillation in Greenport, NY. 24-hour maceration of whole botanicals (juniper, coriander, lemon peel, angelica root, bee pollen, marigold, chamomile, elderflower, jasmine, lavender) for full aromatic extraction without bitterness. Redistilled at 50 proof to enhance body and aroma, reaching a final 90 proof.
