APPEARANCE. Gentle pink color with retail appeal.

NOSE. Citrus aromas from blood orange and grapefruit, layered with floral and spicy hints from hibiscus and pink peppercorn.

PALATE. Refreshing, with rhubarb and strawberry providing a delicate sweetness, balanced by warm cardamom. A lively zest on the finish makes it perfect for summer cocktails.

Process

750 mL · 46% ABV · Case of 12. Building on Isolation Proof's original gin, fresh rhubarb, strawberries, pink peppercorn, and cardamom are distilled together to layer bright, nuanced flavors. A post-distillation addition of hibiscus enhances the color and adds subtle tartness — a well-integrated, drier gin at 92 proof.
